● EastWest Bank Credit cardholders must be presented at the reception area or upon check in to avail the discount, along with his valid ID.
● Booking should be done via walk-in, in order to avail the discount. EastWest Bank Credit Cardholders are guaranteed to get a room when they go to the property. They can call reservations department ahead of time and ask them to block a specific room with the date(s) of stay.
● Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts standard booking, cancellation and no show policies will apply. If the EastWest Bank Credit Cardholder did not show up during the agreed date and time, the room will be released and will be opened for another reservation.
● Not valid in conjunction with Club Ultima Consumable Coupons and other promotions.
● Discount is non- transferable and only the EastWest Bank Credit cardholder can avail the discount.
